Intermittent Fasting

I am trying to change my lifestyle. I have decided to go with ‘Intermittent Fasting” for one month to see how I feel. I am going with an 16/8 schedule for 4 week days (Tuesday – Friday), with regular eating on the weekends and Mondays. Please, if you have participated in this before, read my blog entries and let me know what you think or how you made adjustments or even share links to articles that have help you. I appreciate all of the advice I can get.
